METHODS AND COST OF DELIVERY

In order to provide you with the best service and ensure fast worldwide delivery, we have chosen UPS/DHL/Fedex. The cost depends on the delivery method as well as the destination (see the table below).

We try to send all orders within 24 hours (orders received before 12:00 CET shall be sent on the same day). The estimated delivery time is for reference only and shall be calculated starting from the date the order was sent. We shall not be liable for any delays associated with customs clearance at the destination point.

As a rule, we ship goods intended for both standard (3-4 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days).

DELIVERY TO RUSSIA

In connection with the customs policy, some regions may have a limit on the monthly amount of ordering goods from abroad.

  • This restriction shall not apply to Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other large cities;
  • For cities such as Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol, Sochi, the value of purchased goods should not exceed 1,000.00 Euros per month;
  • For some small cities, the limit is 200.00 Euros for one order.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note as follows:

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt,
  • We are not able to redirect the order after sending the goods, therefore, we ask you to ensure the presence of someone who can sign upon the delivery of the order to the specified address,
  • UPS /DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or on demand.
  • If UPS/DHL finds no one at the indicated address, two more attempts will be made to deliver the package, and each time a card with instructions will be left.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Our online store provides worldwide shipping, delivery is from 9.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m., from Monday till Friday.

UPS/DHL does not ship on holidays.

FREE DELIVERY

From time to time, we provide promotional offers with free delivery. Please keep in mind that free shipping shall apply to your order during its registration.

If you need to return an item purchased as part of a promotional offer with free shipping, we shall not refund shipping costs (since it was free), and you shall pay for the return shipping.

FIRST ORDER

Keep in mind that for your safety, the first order can only be sent to the address of the holder of a bank card under which an invoice was issued, or to the address of the organization that is the consignee's place of work, for which we can conduct an independent check. In order to avoid delays with your order, please ensure that the billing address matches the address on the bank card account statement, as well as the spelling of the name and surname of the card holder matches the spelling on the card. We also ask you to accurately fill in your contact details so that we can contact you if necessary.

INSURANCE

Each purchase is insured by us for the period of its stay in transit until the moment of delivery to you. We ask you to put a signature on receipt for each parcel delivered. At this point, the liability for your package shall pass to you. If you are not the consignee of the purchase (for example, if your order is a gift), then the person who puts his/her signature for the parcel confirms the receipt and shall be liable for it.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Local VAT shall apply to all countries of the European Union, as well as the UK and the USA.

Sending to most countries shall be carried out on the terms of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid ). This means that the price of the goods includes all taxes and duties applicable to imported goods.

Sending on the terms of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shall be carried out to the following countries:

** In accordance with the statement of the General Customs Administration of China, products destined for personal use shipped to China exceeding CNY 1,000.00 shall be subject to a formal customs clearance procedure. You may be required to pay additional taxes or duties.

Delivery to the USA and Australia: in these countries, any order worth up to 800.00 US dollars and 1,000.00 Australian dollars accordingly shall be not subject to duties and tax.

If you select a country to which shipping is subject to DDU conditions (Delivery Duty Unpaid), then the displayed prices of goods do not include taxes and duties, as well as VAT levied in the European Union and the United Kingdom. As a consignee, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made, and their payment is required for customs clearance.

Since we are unable to calculate the amount due, we ask our customers, before placing an order, to find out the amount of local taxes and duties. Our online store ships goods via UPS/DHL services worldwide, and shipping costs are not included in the final order amount.

Delivery to Russia shall be carried out on the basis of DDU. You can find information on Russian import duties on the official website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.

The Seller choses DHL as the operator for delivery to the Russian Federation. Please carefully read the Terms of this company below.

TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE OF CUSTOMS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE NETWORK OF THE EXPRESS CARRIER DHL EXPRESS (HEREINAFTER - THE TERMS)

These Terms shall apply to the provision of services by the express carrier DHL Express for the delivery of Express cargo for personal use.

1. TERMS USED HEREIN:

The express carrier - DHL Express is represented on the territory of the Russian Federation by two entities: DHL International, CJSC and DHL Express, LLC. DHL Express, as well as third parties, shall carry out joint activities for the international transportation of Express cargo and customs operations in relation to Express cargo.

The Customs representative is DHL Express, LLC that performs customs operations on behalf and by order of the declarant or other interested parties in accordance with the customs legislation of the Customs Union.

Express cargo - goods transported within the framework of high-speed transportation by any means of transport using the electronic information system for organizing and tracking transportation on the website in order to deliver these goods to the Consignee in accordance with an individual bill of lading for the minimum possible and/or fixed period of time.

Sender - a legal entity, usually an online store, that has delivered the Express cargo to the Express carrier for delivery.

Consignee - a private individual, the Consignee of Express cargo, indicated in the DHL Express bill of lading.

2. SUBJECT HEREOF

2.1. These Terms constitute a public offer and are the Agreement of carriage and customs operations in respect of express cargo of a consensual type between the Sender/Consignee, the Express Carrier and the Customs Representative (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

2.2. By pressing a button, putting a tick or another sign in the field “I accept the terms of the Public Offer” and/or any other actual confirmation of consent on the Sender’s website when ordering, the Express Cargo Consignee accepts the provisions of this Agreement on his/her own behalf and on behalf of others directly or indirectly interested parties, including the Sender.

2.3. In accordance with the law applicable in the Russian Federation, the Express carrier and the Customs representative shall be entitled to demand from the Consignee the documents and information necessary for the international transportation of Express cargo and customs operations in relation to Express cargo, including those containing information that constitutes commercial, banking and other secrets protected by law, or other confidential information, as well as to receive such documents and information in due time in order to ensure the compliance with the requirements established by the law. The Express carrier and the Customs representative acknowledge and confirm that the information they receive that constitutes state, commercial, banking and other secrets protected by law (secrets), or other confidential information will not be disclosed or used by the Express carrier, the Customs representative and their employees for their own purposes, that it swill not be transferred to other persons, with the exception of cases provided for by the law applicable in the Russian Federation, as well as cases where the transfer of information by another person is necessary for the international Carriage of Express cargo and customs operations in respect of Express cargo.

3. DHL EXPRESS NETWORK DELIVERY CONDITIONS

3.1. The Sender and the Consignee agree that for the transportation of goods via the DHL Express network, the usual DHL Express Delivery Terms shall apply, the main provisions of which that are important for the Consignee are listed below: Delivery and impossibility of delivery Cargoes shall not be delivered to the addresses of post office boxes or only with indication of postal codes. Cargoes shall be delivered to the Consignee's address indicated by the Consignor (in the case of a postal service - to the address of the first postal center), however, not necessary personally to the Consignee. Cargos addressed to the central zone of receipt of cargoes shall be delivered exactly to this zone. In case of unacceptability of the cargo, its understated customs value, impossibility of finding or identifying the Consignee by using reasonable measures, refusal of the Consignee from delivery or pay for delivery, DHL shall take all measures within its control in order to return the Cargo to the Consignor at the expense of the latter; otherwise, the Cargo shall be at the disposal of DHL and can be sold at its discretion with no liability to the Consignor or any other persons, and the proceeds from the sale, minus the cost of services and related administrative expenses, shall be returned to the Consignor. Inspection DHL shall be entitled to open and inspect Cargoes with no respective notice required. Liability of DHL Liability of DHL is expressly limited to actual damage and shall not exceed the limit values per kilogram/pound of the weight of the Cargo in accordance with Section 6. Any other types of loss or damage (including, without limitation, lost profit, interest income and business prospects) shall not be subject to reimbursement by DHL, whether such damage and losses are special or indirect, even in case where DHL was notified of the risk of such damage or loss both before and after receipt of the Cargo. If cargo is transported in a combined way using air, road and other means of transport, it shall be considered that it is carried out by air. Liability of DHL with respect to any individual Cargo, (irrespective of the provisions contained in Section 7) is limited to the actual cost and shall not exceed: - the amount calculated at the rate of 25.00 US dollars per kilogram or 11.34 US dollars per pound of the weight of the Cargo carried by air or other means of transport, except by road, or - the amount calculated at the rate of 12.00 US dollars per kilogram or 5.44 US dollars per pound of the weight of the Cargo transported by road. For each Cargo only one claim can be filed, and the calculation made shall be deemed to be full and final settlement for all losses or damage caused in connection with it. If the Consignor considers the above limit amounts to be insufficient, it shall separately state the value of the cargo and declare the need for insurance, or get the cargo insured on its own; otherwise, all risks of damage and loss to the goods shall pass to the Consignor. Term for filing claims All claims shall be submitted to DHL in writing within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the DHL shipment; otherwise, DHL shall not be liable for any claims. Delay in Cargo Transportation and Refund Guarantee DHL shall take all measures within its control in order to deliver the cargo in accordance with the DHL regular schedule, however, such a schedule is not binding and is not part of this Agreement. DHL shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from delay in delivery. A number of services provide for a refund guarantee that ensures the payment or refund of money in the amount of the full or partial cost of delivery of the Cargo in case of delay in some situations. The refund guarantee conditions are available on the DHL website or in the DHL customer service department. Circumstances beyond the control of DHL DHL shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused due to circumstances beyond the control of DHL. These circumstances include, inter alia: the negative effects of electric or magnetic fields on electronic or photographic images, data or recordings or their erasure, any defects or characteristics caused by the nature of the Cargo, even if they were reported by DHL; any actions or inactions by persons who are not DHL employees or contractors, namely, the Consignor, Consignee, third party, customs authorities or other officials; Force majeure circumstances include an earthquake, cyclone, hurricane, flood, fog, hostilities, an airplane crash or embargo, rebellion or riots, industrial conflicts. International conventions In the case of the carriage of Cargoes by air, when the final destination or stop is in a country other than the country of dispatch, the provisions of the Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention, as the case may be, shall apply. In case of carriage carried out by international road transport means, the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road may apply. These conventions limit the liability of DHL for loss of or damage to cargo. Travel route The Consignor agrees with any travel route and deviations from it, including the possibility of Cargo passing through intermediate transshipment points. Applicable Law Any disputes arising out of these Terms or in connection herewith, in the interests of DHL shall be settled in the courts of the country of dispatch of the Cargo and shall be regulated by the laws of that country, and the Consignor shall accept this jurisdiction if this does not contradict the applicable law.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CUSTOMS OPERATIONS

4.1. The Customs representative:
4.1.1. shall be entitled to carry out customs declaration of Express cargo;
4.1.2. shall inform the Consignee of the date of arrival of the goods at the temporary storage warehouse (hereinafter - TSW) by facsimile or electronic communication means;
4.1.3. shall perform other actions stipulated by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation, necessary for the performance of customs operations as a person vested by the Consignee with authority with respect to the Express cargoes declared.

4.2. The Consignee shall provide the Customs representative with complete and reliable information and documents required by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Russian Federation for the declaration of Express cargoes, as well as in accordance with the request of the Customs representative to submit additional documents. All necessary documents for declaring goods shall be submitted not later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the goods arrive at the temporary storage warehouse

4.3. The Consignee shall independently comply with all the formalities associated with the frequency of movement of cargoes across the customs border.

4.4. The Sender and the Consignee guarantee legal authority or other legal grounds for the performance of the legally significant actions by the Customs representative on their behalf and shall be fully liable for the provision of complete and reliable information regarding the Express cargo.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Consignee shall be liable for fine sanctions imposed on the Customs Representative as a result of a violation of the customs regulations by the Consignee in connection with the provision by the Consignee of incomplete and/or inaccurate information and documents, including non-compliance of the goods transported with the accompanying documents in terms of their name, quantity, and other characteristics that affect for reliable declaration, as well as untimely provision by the Consignee of the specified documents and information, in which case the Consignee shall reimburse to the Customs representative for the amount of such sanctions on the basis of a separate invoice.

5.2. The Customs representative shall not be liable for lost profits, as well as other indirect and unforeseen losses of the Consignee, even if such losses are predictable or if the Customs representative was notified of them, or could or should have known about them.

5.3. The Parties shall be exempted from liability for partial or full failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if this failure was a result of force majeure circumstances, and if these circumstances directly affected the performance of this Agreement.

6. TARIFFS AND PAYMENT FOR CUSTOMS OPERATIONS:

6.1. The cost of the services shall be determined in accordance with the tariffs of the Customs representative as of the invoice date, including the amount of customs fees and other amounts paid by the Customs representative in the provision of the services hereunder.

6.2. The services of the Customs representative shall be paid for by the Consignee.

6.3. The Customs representative reserves the right at the expense of the Consignee to retain any goods of the latter until the receipt by the Customs representative of the full payment for the services rendered to the Consignee hereunder.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. In case of a change in the text of the Terms and/or the Agreement, the Parties agree that the Terms and applicable on the date of receipt of the consent specified in clause 2.2 shall apply.
