It is very simple to make a purchase at Laima exclusive online store: to find items corresponding to your interests, use certain links by categories. After you find an item you would like to order, select it and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. To see the selected products, click on the “Cart” in the upper right corner of the page. From the “Cart” section you can change the quantity of products or delete them. To complete the order, simply click on the "Place the Order" button and proceed to fill in the data necessary for delivery and payment.

All products on the website are available, with the exception of some restrictions on products made of special materials related to certain countries of delivery. For some products that are not available in real time, a pre-order service is available, indicated by a special label on the product page.

The online security of your personal information is very important to us. We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transfer your personal information and your bank card information. For more information, visit the Privacy Policy section.

Please note that we do not accept orders with mailbox addresses or at the post office on demand. We do not ship through forwarding companies.

For all other countries, Euros or US dollars are accepted. If the customer’s credit card currency is not included in the above list, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate used on the day the credit card issuing company completes the transaction. To change the currency, simply change the country of dispatch.

Each order can be sent to only one address. If you want to order gifts or products that need to be delivered to different places, please place a separate order for each address.

All products are insured against theft and accidental damage during transportation from our warehouse to the delivery address. Once the products have been delivered to the indicated address and the consignee has put his/her signature, the products are no longer covered by insurance. If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, we advise you to refuse it or to make a note at the time of signing indicating that you have received the goods in damaged packaging.

Due to the high cost of the products we sell, we ask for confirmation of delivery of each order. This means that we do not allow the delivery of parcels without the signature of the consignee.

Unfortunately, we do not redirect orders to another address after dispatch. Therefore, please, when placing an order, make sure that you indicate the address at which you will be available at the time of delivery (taking into account the specified delivery time).

You cannot change an order or add products to an order already made.

Upon completion of the online purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message with confirmation at the address used for the placement of the order. Payment will be made by your credit or debit card at the time of order confirmation.

After the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the delivery details and an identification number to track the shipment of your order.

We do our best to send all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be sent to you from our warehouse the following day. Delivery times are indicative, since we are not liable for possible delays caused by the authorization processes of payment for various bank cards. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the delivery details and an identification number to track the shipment of your order.

A standard parcel consists of a stiff black box with a black satin ribbon and the Laima exclusive logo. For some categories, another personalized protective cover is provided in which the product is wrapped. Products wrapped in this way will be packed and delivered in an outer cardboard box.

Requesting for the RAN (Return Authorization Number) is easy. You can request the Return Authorization Number (RAN) by writing to Customer Service at support@laima-exclusive.com

You can be sure that all the personal information that you enter at the Laima-exclusive online store will remain confidential and under no circumstances will it be sold or transferred to third parties. When processing an online order, we need to know your name, postal address and e-mail address as well as your billing address, postal address, telephone number, the number of a bank card you want to use to pay for the order and its expiration date. We use cookie files to track the number of your visits to our website, the contents of your basket, your previous purchases, as well as for the purpose of sending service notifications. We offer the option of sending an order as a gift. To do this, add to the basket all the items that you want to send as a gift. When paying, at the final stage of placing an order, indicate in the Comments column the word “Gift” and enter all the necessary information. You can attach an individual message to the gift and, if necessary, select the option of confirming the dispatch to the recipient, without specifying the price, writing - “Without specifying the price”.
