For your security, the first orders can only be delivered to the address of the payer-cardholder or to the corporate business address that we can verify on our own. In order to avoid delays in your order, please check that your payer address matches the address indicated in the bank documents regarding the payment card, and that the name of the card holder matches the name indicated on the card. In addition, please check the accuracy of filling in your contact details so that we can contact you if necessary.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
The shopping process with the online store Laima exclusive is very simple. If you know what exactly you are looking for, use the links to sections or icons on the website. Once you have found the item you are looking for, select it, and then click on the “Add to Cart or Buy” button below. You can view the products in your basket by clicking on the "Basket" link located at the top of the page. In the "Basket" you can directly select products (quantity) or delete them. Click on the “Checkout or Buy” link to make a purchase.
HOW TO SEND A GIFT
We offer the option of sending an order as a gift. To do this, at the stage of completing the purchase, leave a comment in the "Comment" section, specify - "Gift" and enter the necessary information. You can attach an individual message to the gift and, if necessary, select the option of confirming the dispatch to the recipient, without specifying a price, writing - “Without specifying a price”.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Enter your payer details as indicated on your credit card. Your card will not be accepted without the corresponding address and telephone number of the payer. If the delivery address differs from the payer's address, additionally enter the address to which your order will be delivered.
From the proposed options, select one of the available delivery methods for the selected goods.
Here you need to check the address, view your order, select a payment method, enter the data necessary for payment and click "Order".
SUMMARY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORDER
After you provide the data necessary for making the payment, on the "Checkout" page you will see a brief description of all the goods you have purchased and the total amount of the order. Click "Go to payment" to complete the registration and payment of the order.
After completing the registration and payment of the order, on the page "Order Information or Order Confirmation" you will see all the details regarding the order, including the payer's address and delivery address, the selected delivery and payment methods, a brief summary of the order and its total amount. You will receive an order confirmation in an e-mail message containing the number of the order that you can use to track the order. After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail message containing detailed information about the goods sent.
Modification or cancellation of the order
If you are located in the EU and are subject to the Regulation on the Protection of Consumer Rights (Regulation on Distance Trading) - 2000, you shall be entitled to cancel your order by sending a written notice to our Customer Service within seven business days from the date of receipt of the goods. To do this, you can send a letter by e-mail to: email@example.com
Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation of the contract, our Customer Service will send to you your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please enter the indicated RAN in the Return Proforma Invoice that you received with your order and indicate all the required information. Attach the Proforma Invoice for return to the goods returned. Thus, we can quickly refund your payment. If you have lost the Proforma Invoice for return, you can download it from the link provided in the e-mail message with the Return Authorization Number that you received from our Customer Service.
We recommend you to get the return delivery insured since you have the obligation to take reasonable precautions regarding the goods and you shall be liable for damage to them until you receive them at our warehouse. In addition, we recommend you to use a reliable, traceable delivery method of returning goods.
