RETURN OF GOODS AND REFUND

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We remind you that your order can be returned within 15 days following the day of delivery in accordance with these simple steps:

Fill in the form for the return of goods with the requested information, having previously received it by writing to the Customer Service by e-mail to support@laima-exclusive.com (indicating in the Subject line - Return of goods) including: name and quantity of each product returned along with the reason of return.

HOW TO BOOK A RETURN?

Book your return product as instructed.

Contact UPS to arrange a date of acceptance of your return. You can contact UPS by telephone by calling your country number that you can find here. You can also order a refund by visiting the nearest UPS pick-up point (you can find it by clicking this link).

You can contact DHL by telephone by calling the number dedicated to your country, you can also order the return of your goods through the website.

Bring your package to your nearest post office.

You can opt for another reliable delivery service. Please note that choosing your delivery service may slow down the return and refund process.

Notes - Return of goods from China: In accordance with Chinese customs regulations, goods the value of which exceeds 5,000.00 Chinese yuan shall not be exported by a private person. You need to authorize an intermediary to prepare the relevant documents for clearance from customs formalities and provide documents to UPS.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

We inform you that replacing the goods is prohibited: if you want to change the goods, you need to make a return in accordance with the instructions and conditions described in our Return Policy. Then proceed to a new order.

HOW TO TRACK THE RETURN STATUS?

You can track the return status from the moment you give it to the courier: the tracking number will be written on the return label.

If there is no tracking information, it means that the courier has not picked the package up yet; the web page will be updated as soon as the package is picked up.

After receipt of the goods, our experts shall verify the condition and quality of the goods returned. This verification may take 3-5 business days after delivery. In cases of integrity, we will accept your item and refund its cost.

The method and currency of the refund will be the same as with the purchase.

Refunds shall be reflected on your account approximately within a week from the refund request, depending on the timing of banking procedures.

REFUND METHODS

The method of crediting the money amount to be returned to the account will correspond to the method of payment:

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD Refund is possible to the credit card by which the order was paid. The end date for the final crediting of funds to a credit card depends on the payment systems, as well as on your bank.

PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL SYSTEM refunds can be consulted on your Paypal account page within 48 hours after receiving a letter by e-mail confirming the refund.

You will receive a refund within 14 business days from the start date of the warehouse return procedure. You will receive a relevant written notice by e-mail. In the case of cancellation of orders before their dispatch, a refund will be made within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the request.

If your order has been shipped outside the EU, we will not refund taxes and customs fees: try contacting the Customs Service of your country, that can help you recover these costs.

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can create your Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods, and send the goods returned by you within 15 days from the date you created your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Goods to be returned shall only be sent from the country to which they were sent.

The item returned shall be in its original condition: if the item returned by you does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to refund the money, and this item will be delivered to your address again. When returning goods of inadequate quality, provided that the defect occurred not through the fault of the client, we will refund the shipping cost.

It is possible to perform a return and get a refund, both in the case of a damaged or non-conforming product, or in the case when the goods do not satisfy your needs, regardless of their quality.

Jewelry shall not be subject to return.
