RETURN POLICY

Fashion House Laima exclusive OÜ (hereinafter - the “Seller") is aimed at ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the received order, you have the right to return the purchased goods to the online boutique laima-exclusive.com without paying any penalties within fifteen (15) days from the moment of their receipt.

1. RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return the goods to the seller within fifteen (15) days from the moment of their receipt by filling in the form for returning goods (Return authorization number or RAN), requesting it from the Customer Service by writing a corresponding request to support@laima-exclusive.com

The seller will confirm receipt of the request by sending the RAN to the e-mail.

Returned goods shall be handed over to the courier not later than fifteen (15) business days from the date of notification to the Seller of the decision to return the goods. The goods shall be returned to the Seller by sending the parcel by the courier service specified by the Seller or by any other delivery method, only after receiving the RAN.

Return of goods in exchange for other goods is not provided.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

The return of goods shall be deemed legitimate if the following conditions are fully complied with:

If all the above requirements are complied with, the Seller shall reimburse the full cost of the goods returned. You will receive a notice if the goods returned by you cannot be accepted due to the non-compliance with the above requirements. In this case, you can opt for re-delivery of goods at your expense. In case of refusal to arrange re-delivery, the Seller reserves the right to retain the goods and the amount paid for the purchased items.

3. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS RETURNED

Returns can be made by the courier service indicated by the Seller using the form for returning the goods prepared by the Seller and following the appropriate instructions. This method will allow the Seller to pay at your request for courier services, withholding from the refund an amount equal to the cost of previously incurred expenses for the delivery of the purchased goods to the address specified by you. If you choose another courier service to return the goods, then the goods returned shall be delivered at your expense. You also shall be liable in case of loss or damage to items during transportation.

4. PROCEDURE FOR AND TERMS OF REFUND

After the Seller receives the goods returned and verifies their compliance with all requirements, you will receive to e-mail a notice of acceptance of the goods returned. Regardless of the method of payment you use (credit/debit card or cash payment upon delivery), the Seller shall start the process of refund within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the written intent to return the goods, and after the Seller has completed the necessary verification to confirm that the goods were returned by you in compliance with the above requirements.
